How to Apply Lipstick Over Primer

Tube lip primer is a bit harder to work with since you apply it with a brush, your finger or a sponge. It is more difficult to stay in the lines that way. Tuck your primer into your handbag or on the go makeup bag if application is needed later.

   Next, apply your lipstick. Lipstick is available in multiple forms. You might have a stick or a small vial that you paint on with a brush or apply with a tube. Either way, apply the lipstick evenly, and top it off with lip gloss for a nice shine.
